Article 2. Basis for Personal Data Processing

  • answer questions asked in connection with the use of contact forms available at by the user, including pop-ups (pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 1(b) GDPR);
  • answer to your contact requests when you use the contact forms on the Website – on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller;
  • analyse the way our Website is used and to improve its functioning via Google analytics and HubSpot;
  • run marketing and business communication – based on contact data provided to Us, on the grounds of Our legitimate interests;

Article 3. Personal data processing scope

The Controller processes the scope of data provided by the user in the content of the issue addressed to the Controller.

The data provided by users is used only to: provide answers to the questions asked, send the newsletter including business information concerning the Controller and the Controller’s products, services, workshops and events, carry out the recruitment process, as well as for statistical purposes and event organization.

The Controller uses IP addresses collected during Internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).

Your personal data may be transferred only to our data processors that we cooperate with on the basis of a contract or other legal act or on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller.

We also use third party service providers i.e. Google Analytics and HubSpot to record and collect data on how you use our Website. This information is not personalised and helps Us improve the functioning of Our Website.
