ServiceNow Developer

Softnauts software house is specializing in Web and Mobile Development for over 8 years, so we understand that the right people are the key to every successful project. Our team is built from the best talents from IT universities throughout Poland. Now, we are looking for  ServiceNow Developer.

 

Developer responsibilities will include designing, developing, and configuring solutions within our ServiceNow environment. The position requires the candidate to work closely with key client stakeholders and technology leaders.

 

What you will be doing:

o   Design and develop software configurations and customizations.

o   Create and maintain Service Portal sites and content.

o   Administer/maintain API and data integration processes.

o   Manage data with tables and CMDB.

 

What you need to have:

o   Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience

o   Minimum of 2+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer

o   Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills.

o   Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and all phases of the service lifecycle.

o   Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system

 

It’s a plus if you have: 

o   Experience with scoped apps, such as HR Management or Security Incident Response.

o   System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as REST/SOAP,  XML, HTML
